Gladiator

Gladiator is a turn-based tactical arena game developed in Unity as an independent project.

Fight through a series of increasingly dangerous enemies using strategy, positioning, and different weapon styles. Every weapon changes the way you approach combat, from defensive control with the Shield & Spear to aggressive close-range attacks with the Greatsword and Dual Axes.

The game focuses on tactical decision-making rather than fast reactions. Players must manage Action Points carefully, predict enemy attacks, and adapt to different enemy behaviours and ultimate abilities.

All character animations and visual designs were hand-drawn during development, and the combat system was continuously improved through multiple rounds of playtesting and balancing.
